The SREC Registration Program (SRP) is now closed to new registrations.

The SRP portal will remain open for Final As-Built Packet (Post Construction Certification) submissions for projects that have commenced commercial operation (issued permission to operate by EDC) by April 30,2020. For additional information SRP Program Forms for Final As-Built requirements.

SREC Registration Program

Welcome to the SREC Registration Program (SRP) Online Registration Portal. Beginning March 1, 2016, ALL SRP Registrations MUST be submitted through this portal. This will allow you to enter a registration, save and update information, upload required documents and check the status of your registration(s) at any time.

When entering your first registration, you will be prompted to set up a secured log-in and profile. The log-in will be required to submit additional registrations or to view the status of an application. ALL correspondence will be sent to the email designated in your profile. Hard copy letters will not be issued.

REMINDER: Any PTO Waiver Requests deemed incomplete must be resolved by August 30, 2020 to be considered for eligibility to earn SRECs.

New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has adopted rules and regulations to close the SREC Program to new registrations upon the determination that the 5.1% Milestone has been attained. The rule adoption is available on this link. The full rules can be found here.

On April 6, 2020, the Board determined that the 5.1% Milestone will be attained on April 30, 2020. The SRP will be closed to new registrations on April 30, 2020 at 11:59:59pm EST. The SRP portal will remain open for 90 days to allow projects that reached PTO on or before April 30, 2020 to upload their post-construction certification package in order to be eligible to receive SRECs
